The following rules apply to #bestMOMent Contest. The Contest is sponsored by PRIS BEAUTY. By participating in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by these rules.

#bestMOMent Contest commences on Monday, April 4th, 2022 and closes on, Tuesday May 31st 2022.

1.HOW TO ENTER: Contestants can only enter #bestMOMent Contest by completing the online submissions before May 31st 2022. Contestants are limited to one (1) entry per person, and multiple entries will not be entered into the draw. The contest winner will be selected by random draw and announced on June 10th 2022. The winner will be announced on our Facebook & Instagram Page and will receive a phone call /text message from PRIS BEAUTY. In the event that the winning contestant does not claim their prize within 10 days of the announcement, a new contestant will be selected by random draw.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to individual legal residents of Malaysia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, immediate family members, advertisers, sponsors and partners are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

3. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize consisting of RM2138 worth of Skin Treatment from PRIS BEAUTY. Five(5) Skin Treatment Cash Vouchers worth RM150. Five(5) Skin Treatment Cash Vouchers worth RM100. The prizes is not convertible into cash or other substitutes, and portions of grand prize total allocated to each service is subject to change at discretion of PRIS BEAUTY.

4. CONTEST SPECIFIC RULES:

(a)PRIS BEAUTY reserves the right to qualify contestants at its own discretion;

(b) PRIS BEAUTY in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or that is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is determined that it is not capable of completion as planned due to tampering or any other cause.

(c) PRIS BEAUTY is not responsible for the Grand Prize winner's inability or failure to acquire any aspect of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner shall have no recourse against PRIS BEAUTY in the event the prize sponsor(s) fail to award the prize to the Grand Prize winner. Should the Grand Prize winner decide that they do not wish to claim any particular element of the Grand Prize, then said Grand Prize winner will have no other recourse and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash value. No part of the Grand Prize is transferable.

(d) All entries become the property of PRIS BEAUTY. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to the use of his/her name, photographs or other likeness. Each entrant also grants consent to PRIS BEAUTY to send marketing materials related to this contest via email, mail or phone. Winners further agree not to engage in any negative interviews or make any disparaging comments or statements about PRIS BEAUTY, its employees, associated companies or anyone affiliated in any way with this Contest;

(e) By entering this Contest, contestants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this Contest. PRIS BEAUTY will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants to third parties;

(f) PRIS BEAUTY may at any time and in their absolute discretion terminate, suspend or amend the Contest in any way;

(g)In all matters related to this Contest, all decisions of PRIS BEAUTY, employees, associations or anyone affiliated with this Contest are final and cannot be disputed unless otherwise decided by PRIS BEAUTY. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained. The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to the Contest is reserved exclusively to PRIS BEAUTY and its affiliates. PRIS BEAUTY 's decisions are final;

(h)By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge the non-responsibility of PRIS BEAUTY in respect of accidents, injuries, loss, or misfortune related to the conduct of the Contest, awarding of the prizes and use and enjoyment of the awarded prizes;

(i)All entrants agree to assist the Sponsor in the conduct of any investigation deemed necessary or appropriate to determine the legitimacy of the contestant's fair play. This includes, but is not limited to attending interviews and full disclosure of the relationship the contestant may have with the person identified as the winner of any prize.

(j) All contest rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
